Bio Enzyme

The bio-enzyme, Actizyme, is imported from Australia based Maxwell Chemicals Pvt Ltd by Vijay Engineering and repacked by Vijay Biotech. This system is applicable to all septic tanks, grease traps, drainage trenches, and drain lines from kitchen sinks, bathrooms, laundry and sewers. “Be it houseboats, buses, trains, fish forms, wastewater treatment plant, paper industry, distilleries, hospital or dairies, this technology offers a perfect solution.”

How To Use Bio Enzyme

Where can it be used?

For residents with septic tank:

Ratios of usage: upto 5 members ,50gms concentrate is to be added
Recharge period: after 1 year

For waste water treatment plants:

PH level:7-9 PH ,the bacteria will work
This bacteria will work in both aerobic /anaerobic conditions ie. With aeration/non aeration conditions
For 1 lakh water capacity :add 1 kg of enzymne concentrate
(i.e.20 packets of 50 gms ) can be used
Take one bucket of water and add BIO ENZYME and keep one hour for Activation before adding
The enzyme should be charged at the starting points of the septic tank
If aeration is used currently in the waste water treatment plant, the same can be discontinued after 1 month and save electricity

Important note: If water is being dischargedcontinuously/periodically, then a small quantity of actizyme should used regularly for recharging septic tank /waste water treatment plant.

Apart from the houses we have used the Bio Product in various reputed factories like AUDCO INDIA LTD, TVS Group, BHARAT ELECTRONICS LTD., HINDUSTAN LEVERS, STAR HOTELS, FLAT PROMOTORS, L&T INFOTECH CITY HYDERABAD, VILLAGE PANCHAYATH etc. The above companies treating the wastewater by using BIO ENZYME and after treatment the water is used for gardening purpose.

The Bio Enzyme is being used for waste water treatment in all House boats in Alleppey, Kerala. The discharged water after treatment of human waste is better than back water. The same has been tested and proved by Tamilnadu water and Drainage Board, Kerala Government Lab. In Hyderabad all women Police Buses are fitted with our Bio treating equipment using Bio Enzymes. No solid waste discharged only clean water is coming out.

Bio Digester Tanks

PRODUCT IDEATION:

The bio-digester tanks are the toilets with mini sewage treatment plant attached to the toilet itself. It was first introduced by Vijay Bio tech Pvt. Ltd.to solve the problem in the tourist place in Alappuzha, Kerala.The septic waste from the boat was being directly discharged into the back water lakes in Alappuzha, which resulted in high water pollution.

Government of Kerala passed an order to permit issue of licences , only to house boats fitted with bio toilet treatment system. Now, about 800 house boats are running equipped with these Bio toilet treatment systems.

The treated water has been tested and certified by the Allapuzha Pollution Control Board, Thiruvanthapuram Government Laboratory, Chennai Government Laboratory and the Ministry of Environment and Forest, New Delhi. “We also have the Non Toxic Certificate issued by SGS India Ltd, an international certifying company”.

How It Works

The Bio digester tanks are made of non-corrosive stainless steel, fitted with bio-filters and uses bio-enzymes to treat human waste .The septic waste was disposed in mini tank of size 100x100 approximately for the toilets used by the 10 person. This tank consist of two layers in the top layer, Actizyme was highly concentrated to take or utilized all solid particles. Then there is a layer of bed, which is embedded with actizyme to remove odour.

It operates in four stages – In the first stage, the human waste collected in the tank is treated with bio-enzymes which eat up all the solid waste. In the second stage, the bio-filters fitted in the tank further purify the wastewater. In the third stage, the treated water is released through an outlet into the backwaters.

Fourth stage, the outlet is fitted with chlorination tank to kill E-coli , the treated water is well within the limits of pollution control norms and therefore can be used for gardening purposes.

Then the treated water was collected in the base area of the tank and pour into the back water. The test result of this treated water shows good BOD, no odour etc compared to the back water.

Where it has been used?

These bio-digester tanks are in operation in the resorts of the Orissa Tourism, Hyderabad Necklace Lake Resorts and Tourist buses of Karnataka, house boats in Dal lake ,Kashmir , Goa ,Malaysia and Singapore. The railways are developing bio-digester tanks for the coaches and soon this system will be applied there too.
